We chose to set up our International Conception Center in Hendaye in France's Basque country, a stone's throw from the Spanish border and right alongside the ocean.

Surrounded by water it is made up of conception and designed studios, prototype workshops, test areas and a huge esplanade for events. You get to it through a store which is dedicated solely to water sports where we are in permanent contact with our customers cith whom we can discuss our products directly.

The site inspires our designers encouraging them to innovate through a close contact with the water. We work right beside water sports enthusiasts and this helps us to design products that best fit their requirements.
Being so close to the water makes it easy to organise large scale tests that allow us to continually improve the products we design.

So, just a few metres from the water's edge, testers and engineers are working together to design the products of the future.
