How to choose your canoeing/kayaking clothes

Protect yourself! Use equipment suited to the weather conditions :
- In warm weather : clothes with UV protection, sunglasses (attached to the lifejacket or suit), cap and sun lotion
- In cold weather : fleece top, neoprene suit, breathable jacket
- In all conditions : wear gloves and shoes/ankle boots (never long rubber boots).
